In the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to adhere to the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics and implement the innovation-driven development strategy.In 2015,report on the work of the government also put forward the concept of "popular entrepreneurship and innovation".Subsequently,"innovation and entrepreneurship" have become high frequency hot words in the whole society.Under the guidance of innovation-driven development strategy,domestic universities have taken the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the key task of higher education,which is bound to require a high level of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers.In 2018,the " National Working Conference on Undergraduate Education in the New Era " and the "national education conference" were successively held,further emphasizing that colleges and universities should continue to deepen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,and attach importance to the construction of teachers as the basic work.However,many colleges and universities,including tianjin Z college,are lost in the process of building the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education and are facing difficulties in development,which makes it impossible to meet the needs of cultivating innovative talents on campus.This thesis is researched and written in this grand background.This paper takes the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff of Z college of tianjin as the research object,conducts an in-depth investigation and research on its construction,and analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff of Z college.Based on the research results of academic circles at home and abroad and the relatively mature experience of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in other colleges and universities,the author tries to explore and promote the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in Z College from three levels,namely,government,school and teachers,under the guidance of knowledge management theory,human capital theory and path dependence theory,with the help of literature method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method The countermeasures and suggestions are set up in order to solve the practical difficulties of Z college,and also provide some reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in Colleges and universities in China.Nowadays,countries are racing to develop and the competition between countries is intensifying,so the demand for high-quality innovative talents has become more and more urgent.Through the research on the construction of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the author fully affirms its important role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.At the same time,in the process of problem research,the author did not separate the teaching staff for separate research,but studied the government,schools and teachers as the stakeholders in the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is another innovation of this paper.However,due to the limitations and deficiencies of the author in the aspects of research object,research ability and working background,the research results of this paper need to be further revised according to the characteristics of the institutions when the experience is promoted.
