The new curriculum standard emphasizes that we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' core quality.In order to meet this requirement,the subject curriculum standard should also be updated--rebuilding the subject education concept,adjusting the curriculum design,knowledge structure and teaching methods,which are all important guarantees to help students develop in an all-round way and improve the core quality.Inquiry teaching method emphasizes from the perspective of students,let students become the subject of inquiry teaching,and help students in the process of inquiry learning to master new knowledge,stimulate the spirit of innovation and practical ability,which is an important embodiment of the implementation of students' subject status.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,practice research method and questionnaire survey method to systematically study the application of inquiry teaching method in ideological and political class.First of all,it is the definition of the relevant concepts,basic characteristics of the in-depth research and analysis.Secondly,the present situation of the application of the inquiry teaching method in the ideological and political teaching is investigated and the causes of the problems in the investigation are analyzed.Thirdly,different optimization strategies are put forward for the above problems from the beginning,in the process of inquiry and after the end of inquiry.Finally,a teaching case was designed based on the lesson of "Looking at the Problem from the Perspective of the Unity of Opposites",which was completed from two major aspects:pre-class preparation and implementation process.In the specific implementation process,from connecting with students' lives,arousing awareness of inquiry;raising inquiry questions,strengthening cooperation and communication;sorting out key content,constructing a knowledge framework;giving full play to the advantages of inquiry and doing a good job of summarizing and evaluating these four aspects to demonstrate the effectiveness of the teaching method.
