With the universal application and rapid development of information technology in the world,good information literacy has become a necessary requirement for personal development.The importance of information technology education has been self-evident and has gradually attracted people's attention.In the new round of curriculum reform,the use of traditional information technology teaching methods makes the teaching effect of information technology course poor and difficult to break through.In the teaching practice,the author mainly finds three major problems in the teaching of information technology in junior high school.One is the lack of clear teaching objectives,students do not understand,teachers do not understand,and students often do not know what ability they have mastered.Second,lack of learning motivation,although students want to take information technology classes,but a large reason is that this kind of classes are easy,like the feeling of operating their own computers,really for the study of relevant knowledge and skills is not too enthusiastic,To sum up,there is no learning pressure and no interest.Third,the lack of effective reward and evaluation mechanism,information technology course is not the main subject,there is no pressure and there is no appropriate reward and punishment,which makes students do not attach importance to learning evaluation,learning motivation is arbitrary and not lasting.These problems of traditional information technology education have a long history and need new educational ideas to break the tradition and provide new ideas.OBE concept rose in the 1980 s,and played a great role in American education reform,and was introduced into many countries.With the popularity of OBE ideas in China,many Chinese scholars begin to explore the adaptability of OBE ideas and Chinese education,and explore more possibilities of OBE ideas in China's educational reform.However,the research on OBE concept in our country is mostly aimed at engineering education in higher education,and the related research on OBE concept in information technology education in basic education stage is still less.OBE concept emphasizes the presupposition of learning results,teaching design emphasizes the principle of reverse design,results-oriented,student-centered,from the needs of students,emphasizing that everyone can harvest results and gain a successful experience.Attach importance to the achievement and evaluation of results.This study,in order to solve the problems existing in the traditional information technology education and promote the improvement of the teaching effect of information technology in junior high school,will carry out the teaching design of information technology in junior high school based on the OBE idea.This study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and experimental method.First of all,the use of literature research method to understand the current situation and connotation of OBE concept.Then through the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to understand the research school junior high school information technology education present situation,understands the school information technology curriculum arrangement,the teaching method,the student characteristic and so on many aspects,analyzes the existence question and the reason.Then,based on the OBE concept and the characteristics of the subject of information technology,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of information technology,the teaching design of the second grade information technology course is carried out according to the principle of reverse design,taking the students as the center and the results as the guide.Finally,a class in the second grade of Su Xun Middle School was randomly selected to carry out the experiment,and the experimental data were collected by questionnaire and interview,and the teaching effect of the teaching design was analyzed,and the experimental results were obtained.Practice has proved that,first,the information technology teaching in junior high school based on OBE concept can help students to better clarify their learning goals and promote the achievement of students' learning goals.Secondly,the information technology teaching in junior high school based on OBE concept provides an effective reward and evaluation mechanism,and improves the participation of students in learning activities.Thirdly,information technology teaching in junior high school based on OBE concept can improve students' satisfaction with the course and enhance students' interest in learning.Among them,students make their own bookmarks as a reward for the achievement of results,which greatly inspired the students to achieve the achievement of the desire.The achievement of the results has aroused the enthusiasm of the students for the follow-up information technology course.Generally speaking,students and teachers have a positive attitude towards this teaching design,and hope that this junior high school information technology teaching design based on OBE concept can provide some ideas and references for information technology education in China.
