Professional commitment of secondary vocational students refers to students' psychological recognition of the major they learn and their willingness to do their best to learn the major well,which reflects the integration of internal psychological state and external behavior.The higher a student's professional commitment is,the better their academic performance will be and the more stable their employment direction will be.As an important part of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools,internship has a crucial impact on the skills acquisition and future career development of secondary vocational students.Many scholars have conducted researches on internships and students' professional commitment,and they have also put forward methods to improve the quality of internships and students' professional commitment.However,there is a lack of research on the relationship between internship and professional commitment in the past,especially on the student group of secondary vocational schools.This research uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to discuss and research the relationship between the post practice and the professional commitment of secondary vocational students and puts forward the academic rational education suggestions.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,concept definition,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second chapter,based on the existing literature,ecosystem theory and total quality management theory,establishes the analytical framework of this paper.The third chapter mainly introduces the design and implementation of questionnaire and interview.The fourth chapter carries on the correlation analysis to the questionnaire and the interview,respectively displays the survey results from two aspects: the current situation of the post practice and professional commitment of secondary vocational students.The fifth chapter describes the conclusion of the study: the students' practice situation is generally good,and the preparation and process arrangement need to be improved;The level of professional commitment of students is unevenly distributed and there are differences among different groups;The effect of post practice on professional commitment is significant,and the influence of different dimensions is different.And according to the above problems,the following improvement suggestions are put forward: Firstly,shcools should strengthen students' awareness of internship quality and improve theirs professional commitment as a whole;Secondly,schools should improve their preparation and establish a strong backing for professional commitment;Thirdly,the departments concerned must standardize enterprise management and build a solid guarantee of professional commitment;Finally,schools and enterprises have to work together to optimize student preparation and management and cultivate endogenous motivation for professional commitment.
