Teacher professionalization is an unavoidable theme of the times in building highquality teachers and pursuing high-quality education,and teacher professional ethics is an important aspect of teacher professionalization.Carrying out the policy orientation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation and the fact that the misconduct of teachers' ethics has aroused widespread concern in the academic circle.However,most of the studies are still theoretical comparative analysis of the professional ethics of Chinese and foreign teachers.Although there are some investigations about the professional ethics of teachers in universities and primary and secondary schools,the empirical research is still very weak on the whole,especially on the professional ethics of preservice teachers.Taking normal university students as the research object,on the one hand,we can extend the research scope of teacher professional ethics to pre-service education,on the other hand,we can supplement the empirical materials for the research of teacher professional ethics.This paper investigates the identity of teachers' professional ethics of the students in normal universities,understands their professional ethics of teachers' professional ethics,analyzes the causes of identity differences,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The main problems of this study are how to identify teachers' professional ethics of normal school students,how to identify teachers' professional ethics of different groups of normal school students according to demographics,and what measures should be taken to solve the problems in the investigation.Based on Wu Biao's Teachers' Professional Ethics Identification of Teachers' Professional Ethics of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Professional Ethics,which is composed of 330 students from Shanghai S University,are randomly selected from three major categories: humanities,social sciences,science and engineering,art and sports.The results show that:(1)Teachers' professional ethics overall identity score is 3.87,which is between "general identity" and "comparative identity".Among them,the scores in the dimension of ethical character is higher than that in the dimension of ethical relation.(2)There are significant differences in gender,specialty category,internship experience,whether they take the initiative to understand teachers' professional ethics,whether they study in the curriculum and whether they are willing to work in primary and secondary school education.(3)Teachers' professional ethics of teachers' professional ethics of teachers' professional ethics,whether they understand the contents of teachers' professional ethics,whether they are independent or not,or whether they are independent or not,etc.Based on the analysis of the survey results,I have the following recommendations:First,normal university students should constantly improve their self-cultivation,strengthen their ethic consciousness from the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and practical training;Second,in the aspect of system construction,we should give play to the subjectivity of teachers' professional groups,formulate specific and operable norms of teachers' professional ethics and perfect the evaluation methods of teachers' professional ethics.Third,schools should set up relevant courses,including formal theoretical and practical courses,and strengthen the implicit ethic-based infiltration of campus culture.
