In our education system,class is the basic unit for teaching.Class is just like a human cell in a school,and its role in our education system is of crucial importance.Class management is a basic daily routine in school.Good class management can not only ensure the good teaching order of the school,but also fundamentally guarantee the teaching quality so as to provide a good educational environment for our students.For junior high school students,this is a kind of students between the age of primary and secondary school students.Junior high school is the critical period of physical and psychological maturity for students.The habits of this period have a far-reaching impact on their future growth.Therefore,the management of junior middle school class in our nine-year compulsory education is self-evident.A well-functioning class can provide an important guarantee for the health and overall well-being of junior high school students.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current problems in junior middle school management,subsequently find ways and means to solve the problems and to guide the junior middle school class management.Through the questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducts a survey and analysis of the class management information in Tangshan NO.49 Middle School.The author summarizes the current problems in the management of junior high school students can be divided into three parts;there are teachers,schools,as well as parents.For teachers,their current common problems include that the method of class management is not very scientific,do not pay attention to establish a good relationship with students,do not give students the space to autonomy in class activities,do not guide students to implement a good transition between primary and junior high school at the beginning of the junior high school.As for the schools,they did not formulate a scientific and reasonable teacher evaluation system.The teachers in charge don't have any good communication with other teachers.As a result,the teacher in charge of the class cannot fully be aware of the situation of students.In addition,under the current circumstances,the students don't have the opportunity to be students training in all aspects of ability.As far as parents are concerned,most parents can not effectively cooperate with junior high school.Parents also neglect their transition from primary school to junior high school.If the transition is not good,it will seriously affect their later studies.So for this question,the author puts forward some of countermeasures for improving class management.First of all,the teacher in charge must have excellent quality if we want a good class management.So constantly improving the quality of the teacher is the key.While in class management paying attention to create a good class environment can't be ignored,these are the requirements of our class teacher.For schools,it's needed to establish a scientific and diversified evaluation mechanism,which can play a supervisory role to the teacher in charge.It's also needed a platform for cooperation with parents to facilitate the development of home-school cooperation.I believe through the efforts of teachers,schools and parents tripartite,junior high school class management level will be further improved,so as to ensure the healthy and comprehensive growth of junior high school students.
