Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Research Tourism In Wanzhou District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In October 2017,the report of the 19th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)put forward the strategy of "Rural revitalization",and made solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority in the work of the whole Party.There are various ways and modes to implement the rural revitalization strategy,among which the rural tourism development centered on the integration of agriculture and tourism is one of the modes widely adopted in China.The integration of agriculture and tourism promotes the development of rural tourism,which not only retains the "clear water and green mountains" in rural areas to the greatest extent,but also makes the greatest use of rural natural and cultural resources,realizing the transformation from "clear water and green mountains" to "golden mountains and silver mountains".In the process of rural tourism development,rural research tourism is the only tourism product developed for the rural tourism market,and it is also a new mode of comprehensive education with the new curriculum reform.The development of rural research tourism is not only the result of carrying out the party's "rural revitalization" strategy,but also the result of carrying out the national basic education reform policy.Therefore,the development of rural research tourism is an important measure to benefit the country and the people by integrating the development of education,tourism and agriculture,as well as a new way to explore the development of rural tourism.Starting in 2010,the CPC Central Committee,the Ministry of Education,the article brigade headquarters and other ministries and commissions under the State Council shall be printed and distributed to a number of relevant documents of education and the coordinated development of tourism,of which the Ministry of Education in 2016,such as 11 departments jointly issued the "about promoting small and medium-sized the opinions of the research study tourism"(hereinafter referred to as "opinions")the most representative,clearly put forward in the "opinions","the studies included in school education of tourism,and overall consideration of comprehensive practice curriculum,promote research and school curriculum organic integration".Rural studies the essential characteristics of tourism is in the education industry of agriculture,countryside and farmers,inquiry-based learning guide people to the country,is an emphasis on the experience of pleasure and scientific process,it helps to promote the development of agricultural development and teaching brigade brigade fusion fusion,more conducive to shape the youth outlook on life and values,increase the cognition to the countryside,agriculture and farmers,and the love of the countryside,agriculture and respect for the farmers.At present,as an important carrier of rural revitalization,rural research tourism,especially rural research tourism,has made great progress in the economically developed eastern regions,greatly promoting the development of local urban-rural integration and the integration of agriculture and tourism.However,areas with relatively backward economic development(such as the Three Gorges reservoir area)are still in the early stage of development,and both the development mode and the effect of rural revitalization need to be further improved.Through literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of rural research tourism in Wanzhou District,Chongqing,the central city of the three Gorges Reservoir area.Research shows that,first of all,Wanzhou district in rural study tourism awareness is still relatively weak,but high acceptance,in the last two years there have been a lot of parents began to let their children attend rural study tourism;Secondly,wanzhou District rural research tourism market heat continues to rise,the market demand is great;Thirdly,the construction of rural research and study tourism base in Wanzhou District has gradually begun,but due to the late start of rural research and study tourism in Wanzhou District,the early development effect is not good,is currently building a number of characteristic rural research and study tourism base;Finally,according to the current situation,the rural research and study tourism in Wanzhou District has no obvious effect on the rural revitalization,so it is necessary to strengthen investment and development,guide more market subjects to go into the countryside,and vigorously develop rural research and study tourism.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural research tourism in Wanzhou District,the author found that there are three problems in rural research tourism in Wanzhou District.Secondly,regional differences restrict the rapid development of rural research tourism in Wanzhou District.Third,local grassroots governments have not fully understood the role of rural research tourism,and relevant policies have not been put into place.Meanwhile,relevant management departments pay too much attention to immediate interests and neglect the important role of rural research tourism in rural revitalization.In view of the above problems,this paper thinks that we should proceed from the following aspects to further develop the rural research and study tourism in Wanzhou District,so as to further promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Wanzhou District and contribute to the revitalization of the rural areas in Wanzhou District.First of all,the local government should formulate and promulgate relevant policies to support the vigorous development of rural research tourism,and learn from and introduce advanced regional and foreign experience.Secondly,relevant administrative departments of tourism should strengthen the contact with relevant departments,design and develop characteristic rural research and study tourism bases and routes;Thirdly,it is necessary to popularize the concept of rural tourism research,expand and innovate the research methods,stimulate the development of rural tourism,drive the development of rural economy,and realize the increase of farmers' income and wealth.
