Research On The Employment Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Women In Dianjiang County, Chongqing

Women's issues are of concern to the whole world,China is a large agricultural country,rural women's issues are a major livelihood issues in our country,employment is the biggest livelihood,rural women's employment problems have also been widely concerned by the community,rural women's employment problems are conducive to the development of all aspects of society,to achieve social harmony and family happiness.Since the liberation of women,women's rights and interests have been affirmed by the society and the support of the state,equality between men and women as the basic state policy of our country,our Constitution stipulates that the status of women in the political,economic,cultural,social and family aspects of the status of men.Nowadays,there are still some problems in the employment process of rural women in Dian Jiang County,these problems do not exist unilaterally,but in the case of all aspects of the joint role,the solution of rural women's employment problems need all aspects of cooperation to be able to solve.This paper is based on the questionnaire on the employment of rural women in Dian Jiang County,through the combination of questionnaires and interviews,according to the results of the questionnaire collected,through the analysis of relevant software and interview results combined.Based on Keynes' s theory of full employment,Today's population transfer model,human capital theory and role conflict theory,this theory analyzes the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of rural women's employment.Through the descriptive statistical analysis,multi-response analysis,correlation card side test analysis and questionnaire's utility test analysis in SPSS software,the quantitative and qualitative analysis results of questionnaires and interviews are found to understand the personal status quo,family status quo and employment status quo of rural women in Dian Jiang County,through the current situation analysis found that women in all aspects of employment problems,according to the reasons for the problem,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The existence of the employment problem of rural women in Dian Jiang County has the influence of historical problems and traditional concepts,and by distinguishing between subjective problems of women's individuals,the influence and pressure of the family on women,the negative obstacles to women's employment in society,and some problems in the government's work on women's employment.According to the existing problems,look for the reasons for the existence of the problem for analysis,and at the same time,combined with the current situation in Dian Jiang County,to pursue its root causes.After understanding the reasons for the existence of women's employment problems,through drawing on the experience of solving similar problems in other regions,the research countermeasures of relevant theories are linked with the actual situation in women's employment in Dian Jiang County,hoping to put forward some effective suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems of women's employment.The solution to the problems of rural women in Dian Jiang County requires the joint efforts of individuals,families,society and the government,the most important solution being the efforts of individual women,who can overcome the pressures of the family and society only through continuous learning of science,culture,skills and other knowledge.
