Early childhood education is an important part of the national education system of our country.It is an extremely important cause with far-reaching influence on children,families and the country.In recent years,the national development of early childhood education is increasing,but most preschool teachers admit to bear a heavy burden.It is found that the research object of the work burden is mainly focused on the primary and secondary school teachers,and the education department has been speaking for the primary and secondary school teachers to "reduce the burden ",while the current research on the work burden of preschool teachers is mainly focused on the psychological burden,that is,the work pressure of teachers,and there are few related studies on the actual workload and working hours of preschool teachers related to the work burden of teachers Very few.Therefore,it is helpful to understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers' work burden,and to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the study of preschool teachers' work burden.In this study,507 kindergarten teachers were selected as the object of investigation,through the distribution of "kindergarten teachers workload questionnaire "," kindergarten teachers work burden feeling questionnaire" and in-depth interviews to understand the current situation and causes of kindergarten teachers' work burden.Based on the analysis of the current situation of kindergarten teachers' work burden by SPSS26.0,the following conclusions are obtained: first,the overall work burden of kindergarten teachers is on the upper middle level.Second,the problems of kindergarten teachers' work burden are reflected in the long working time,unreasonable workload distribution,great feeling of work pressure and great difference of work burden among teachers.III There are significant differences in the workload and workload of kindergarten teachers in teaching age,the nature of the garden,the position and the number of teaching classes.Fourth,the causes of excessive work burden are mainly related to teachers' individual differences and role conflicts,management methods,social status and expectations,parents' education and diversification requirements.According to the research results,the effectiveness of reducing the burden of kindergarten teachers is put forward.First,preschool teachers need to improve their work efficiency and professional accomplishment in order to cope with excessive workload scientifically;second,kindergartens should strengthen the management of humanities and reduce the burden in order to improve teachers' hard work;third,build a good social support system.
