The first Waldorf Kindergarten was officially established at the Free Waldorf School in Germany in 1926.Waldorf preschool education has a strong vitality,but studies have proved that Waldorf's early language education has a very long-term development value.Therefore,this study takes Waldorf preschool language education as the starting point,to explore the concept,characteristics,content and specific practice of Waldorf infant language education.From the analysis of Waldorf infant language education for our children language education can be used for reference.This study is carried out by historical analysis,observation and interview.Two representative kindergartens in China's mainland: Chengdu Waldorf School(Kindergarten Department).Shanghai Waldorf Children's Home Kindergarten is the object of study.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper first observes how the two kindergartens with rich experience in running a school carry out language education in practice.The purpose,content,characteristics and practice of Waldorf's language education are analyzed.Finally,combined with the above two points,the author analyzes and reflects on Waldorf's language education.Based on the investigation of Waldorf Kindergarten,this study finds that the content of Waldorf preschool language education is mainly composed of fairy tales and poems;In the concrete implementation,there are four characteristics: 1.To help the children feel the rhythm and rhythm of the language through the form of singing;[1]To help young children feel the language vividly through "phonetic dance";3.Help young children to gradually transition to writing through pictures;4.Teachers should tell stories instead of reading stories.Through the above analysis,we can find that there are significant differences between Waldorf's preschool language education and mainstream early childhood education in our country.However,the advantages of Waldorf's early childhood language education are worthy of our reference.
