In the context of the new curriculum reform,basic education is also in constant innovation and development,educational drama as a new teaching method into the classroom.Educational drama is more used in music,dance and other art classes,less used in primary school Chinese class,and mainly focuses on curriculum design and reading,so the research on the application of educational drama in primary school Chinese class is even less.This study attempts to combine educational drama with primary school Chinese communication teaching,using the method of educational drama to teach fairy tales,and explore new ways of fairy tale teaching.This study mainly adopts the action research method,consulting the relevant literature before the research,interviewing the front-line Chinese teachers of M primary school,and conducting a questionnaire survey on the students of the class,so as to understand the current situation and existing problems of fairy tale teaching,and start three rounds of action research with the problems.Each round follows the four steps of "clear the problem-put forward the hypothesis-teaching action-Reflection summary".Each round of action research is divided into three class hours,each class hour includes:"teaching design,teaching situation analysis,classroom observation and discussion,researcher reflection".Through literature review,teacher questionnaire and student interview,problems are found,problems to be solved in the first round are put forward and hypotheses are put forward.At the end of the first round,the achievement of teaching objectives is analyzed by classroom evaluation scale,deficiencies in the first round are summarized,problems and hypotheses to be solved in the second round are put forward,and the second round of action research is carried out.After the end of the second round,the same model is used Start the third round of action research.After three rounds of action research,combined with classroom evaluation scale and classroom observation of collaborative observers,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)educational drama has changed the current situation of Chinese Fairy Tale Teaching in primary schools;(2)educational drama has improved students' learning effect.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of educational drama in the teaching of Chinese fairy tales in primary schools,and introduces the selection and application methods of educational practices such as "warm-up game","fixed mirror","sitting needle felt","expert coat","collective role" and "role play".
