At present,everyone has a mobile portable mobile communication devices,smart phones,and can be immersed in the sharing and dissemination of information almost at any time.In May 2020,data from the 2019 National Research Report on Internet Use among Minors showed that 32.9 percent of primary school students began to use the Internet at preschool age.This trend puts forward higher requirements for mobile phone skills education,family protection measures and school education concepts for primary school students.Smart phones occupy more and more time and are used more and more frequently in primary school students' life.Therefore,creating a benign environment for mobile phone use is of direct and far-reaching significance for the growth of primary school students.With the vigorous development of digital media,mobile Internet media represented by smart phones are not only favored by adult Internet users,but also affected by primary school students in minor groups.This paper USES the combined research methods of questionnaire and depth interview,all the sixth graders in lanxi female port street as investigation object,and on the basis of related literature material and on-the-spot investigation,from the basic factors of students,students in contact with the use of the characteristics of the smart phone,the cognition and understanding level of students for smart phones process research.After the integration of effective data,the in-depth cross-exploratory analysis of factors was carried out and relevant conclusions were drawn.According to the survey results,primary school students' access to smart phones shows a trend of younger age,mainly in the third grade to the fourth grade of primary school.The purpose and functions of smart phones are diversified.The mobile phone use mode of primary school students is no longer single,but it also has a certain negative impact on primary school students.Primary school students' use of smart phones is still mainly for entertainment and leisure.Some parents of primary school students report that their children spend more than 4hours a day playing games and watching videos on mobile phones,and they also have varying degrees of dependence on mobile phones.With the update of smart phones,primary school students enjoy the bonus brought by smart phones.However,in the face of novel and interesting and uneven information content of mobile phones,they still lack the self-control ability and information discrimination ability of mobile phones.In addition,the current situation such as the absence of parents' mobile phone media literacy education,the restriction of family ideology,and the absence of mother's companionship affects the use of smart phones in primary school students and restricts the improvement of mobile phone media literacy level.In the end,suggestions are provided to improve the mobile media literacy of primary school students from two aspects of family and school.In view of the overall development of Nvbu Street in recent years,mobile media literacy education for primary school students has a significant positive significance for the development of primary school students in rural areas represented by Nvbu Street.Improve some pupils phone rely on issues that need to be together in many ways,the use of correcting some bad ways,cultivate the habit of good media skills and media contact,is not only beneficial to improve the elementary student overall quality and level of the street,and promote the localization process of rural education,the response country revitalization policy,from the thought level set up the correct values,to achieve the modernization of education.
