Research On The Construction Of First-class Disciplines In Local Universities Under The Background Of "Double First-class"

This year's education of the "difference",is to take on opening new journey in the first year of education modernization.Our central government has always attached great importance to the issue of the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines in China.This study takes the construction of first-class disciplines as its theme,systematically examines the current situation and problems of local colleges and universities in the construction of first-class disciplines,and uses the data of the disciplines of the University of S as the support,perspective to the construction of disciplines in local colleges and universities and develops an in-depth analysis,based on the actual situation of the school,and puts forward improvement suggestions for the path of construction of first-class disciplines in local colleges and universities.This study is divided into five main channels:The first chapter is the introduction.The background analysis of the study,the significance of the existence of the study nuclear research methods used,literature review and research ideas are systematically explained,which prepares the theoretical basis for this study to sort out.The second chapter firstly discusses the core concepts of local universities,disciplines,first-class disciplines and first-class discipline construction,and then elaborates the theories related to the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities,and then in the third chapter,after the analysis of the combination of doctrinal logic and practical logic,the theoretical construction is derived,and then the research on the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities is divided into four dimensions,namely talent cultivation,scientific research,faculty and social service.In Chapter Four,a representative and typical local university is selected as an example,namely University of S.Through interviews and literature survey,we obtain realistic data on the development of academic disciplines in University S.Through the database,we analyze and clarify the current situation and problems in the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities in the process of "double first-class" construction,and organize and analyze these problems in four dimensions to describe the real situation of the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities.The analysis of these problems is organized in four dimensions,and the actual situation of the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities is described,and the problems and related influencing elements in the construction and development of first-class disciplines in local universities are clarified.It is found that the quality of talent cultivation in local universities needs to be strengthened,the conversion ability of scientific research is insufficient,the high-level teachers are relatively few,and the social services are not close enough to the local economic development.Finally,in Chapter five,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems in the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities.
