Since the "Learning and Development Guide for Children Aged 3-6" released by the Ministry of Education,the learning quality has become the key point of many researchers form different fields and all walks of life.It clearly stresses the importance of children's learning quality.For the past few years,the research on children's learning quality is extremely various,the details of the related research is gradually deepening and the form of study is turning into more and more diverse.In this research,171 children in 3 kindergartens in the S city are taken as examples to further explore the development of middle class children's learning quality in S city.This study chooses the 3 kindergartens are periodically and comprehensively observed with interviews to observe the middle class children integrated performance in the mass instruction activities.Upon the overall situation of children's learning quality and on behalf of quantify the development condition of each side analysis,the following questions are found :1.The learning quality of middle class children in S City is higher above the average level,and the totality development level is nether more.The development of the learning quality of middle class children in S city has significant differences in various dimensions.Overall,the goal consciousness is vague,the persistence is insufficient,the anti-setback ability is little low,the concentration degree is not very high,and the independence is poor.2.Teachers are not good at the overall planning and organization of collective teaching activities,which could be specifically include: insufficient grasp of course content,inappropriate choice of activity methods,and failure to grasp educational opportunities.3.It is not high when we talked about the development of children's learning quality in the social field activities.Among,the learning quality of the goal consciousness,the ability to resist setbacks,and the concentration are low.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems above,it is found that the coherence of children's learning quality and the choice of course content are two aspects which will affect the development of the children's learning quality in different measurements in the mass instruction activities.Due to the lack of attention to the learning quality of children led to many teachers and parents lack of understanding the importance of the learning quality,and lack of scientific methods to train the learning quality of children,which may lead to the poor overall planning and organization ability of teachers for collective teaching activities.Be directed against the existing questions and cause analysis,this study starts from the perspective of children themselves,teachers and families,by maintaining the coherence of children's learning quality,paying close attention to the ensemble development of learning quality,paying attention to the development process of learning quality,equitably arrange the content of the collective teaching activities,enhancing the teachers' learning about learning quality and setting up rich and interesting environment to advance the development of learning quality of middle class children in target areas,This study aims to enrich the theoretical and practical research of children's learning quality,to lead to the attention to the development of children's learning quality,so as to accelerate the development of children's learning quality in all directions.
