| For a long time,the problem of teenagers’ weariness in school has been a hot spot in the society.Many studies and countermeasures still stay in pedagogy and psychology.And how to effectively improve the problem of weariness of secondary vocational students under the background of administration,utilitarianism and homogenization of education needs a lot of practice to prove.In this paper,the interview method and observation method as the main research methods,according to the relevant theoretical knowledge of case social work,for secondary vocational students weariness case analysis.Firstly,interview method and observation method are used to analyze the performance,reasons and degree of weariness of the service objects.Secondly,according to the reasons of the service object’s weariness,the theoretical perspective suitable for the service object is selected to carry out the case work intervention.Under the guidance of the advantage perspective theory,the advantages and resources of the service objects are mined,and targeted schemes are designed according to the actual situation of the service objects,including "problem deconstruction,exploring the advantages of family affection","correcting wrong cognition,promoting emotional catharsis","advantage display,improving interpersonal relationship" and "further enhancing learning interest"."Change the problem of weariness" four stages explore the strategies of case work intervention in secondary vocational students’ weariness,help the service object to change the annoyance of weariness,enhance their self-confidence,improve their emotional management ability,promote family integration,so as to improve the service object’s stress tolerance.Finally,the process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation are carried out to test whether the service object has achieved the expected effect.This study is the author’s first attempt to use a theoretical perspective to intervene in the study of students’ weariness,previous studies are from multiple theoretical perspectives to explore the problem of students’ weariness.After the author’s actual intervention,it is found that taking advantage of the perspective of theory as the guidance to intervene in secondary vocational students’ weariness of learning to promote the service object’s self-improvement and self-change are beneficial.The theory has a strong pertinence,but also a practical solution to the problem of secondary vocational students weariness.The author summarized the whole practice process in order to provide referential experience and countermeasures for the future to intervene in the problem of weariness of secondary vocational students with the guidance of advantageous perspective theory. |
