With the development of society and the progress of education,the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school also conforms to the pace of the development of The Times and adds many new contents to adapt to social development.Junior high school students are in an important stage of gradually getting familiar with social life and adapting to social life.They are quick in thinking,active in thinking and curious about life.According to the characteristics of junior high school students,the practice teaching of the course "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school can strengthen the connection between students and social life,promote the organic combination of theory and practice,cultivate students to form correct values and good ideology and morality in practical practice,and lay the foundation for students to better adapt to the development of society.The author takes the opportunity of educational practice,through interview,questionnaire survey and classroom observation method,to understand teachers and students' views on practical teaching,to explore the problems existing in the course of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school in practical teaching,to provide reference for further improving the quality of practical teaching.The main body of this paper includes the following four chapters: Chapter one mainly discusses the concept,form,theoretical basis and importance of the practice teaching of "morality and the rule of law" in junior high school;The second chapter of junior high school "morality and the rule of law" course practice teaching survey results are analyzed,analysis of the achievements and existing problems;The third chapter puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems.Teachers should improve their practical teaching ability,students should actively participate in practical teaching,enrich and perfect the forms of practical teaching,and formulate reasonable practical teaching programs.The fourth chapter selects the examples in the textbook "Morality and the Rule of Law" for demonstration,and uses the concrete implementation examples to test the proposed countermeasures,which provides reference value for teachers to strengthen the practical teaching link in the course of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school in the future.
