After entering the 21 st century,cooperation and innovation have become one of the themes advocated by economic and social development.Autonomy,cooperation and exploration have also become a new educational practice.In many developed countries in the west,group cooperative learning is widely used in primary and secondary school teaching.In the early 1970 s,cooperative learning teaching method gradually emerged in the United States,and was introduced to China in the late 1980 s.It was recognized by the majority of educators and applied to practical teaching.At the time of writing this paper applied the method of literature research,classroom observation and teaching,the author four months internship education,first of all,in the introduction from the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods of thesis expounds several aspects,secondly,the author divided into five parts on junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law applied to study the cooperative learning group.The first part,on the basis of reading and integrating a large number of research results on group cooperative learning,elaborates the basic concepts of cooperative learning,cooperative learning,group cooperative learning,and group cooperative learning in moral and rule of law courses of junior high school.The second part discusses the principle of group cooperative learning.The third part discusses the implementation of moral and rule of law courses in junior high school from three parts:pre-class preparation,classroom implementation and after-class reflection.In the fourth part,based on the internship experience,the author analyzes the problems in the application of group cooperative learning method in moral and rule of law courses in junior high school,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems.Fifth part to grow up in a society as an example,presents in detail the method of group cooperative learning in junior high school of morality and the application of the rule of law course,aimed at implementation of cooperative learning group morality and the rule of law class teachers provide valuable reference to the teaching method,make the group cooperative learning in junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law is more pronounced in the application of effect and promote teacher's professional development.
