Ethnic culture is the concentrated embodiment of an ethnic group's language habits,ideas,emotional identity and cultural tradition,and is also an inexhaustible driving force for the development of an ethnic group.In recent years,a series of problems of ethnic cultural education have gradually attracted the attention of scholars,and a series of achievements have emerged,which also provides relevant theoretical basis and experience for scholars to study ethnic cultural education later.Ethnic culture education,is not only improve the students' scientific and cultural knowledge,need to get the inheritance of ethnic culture,promote cultural exchanges between different ethnic groups students,respect the other culture,identity,our culture on the basis of inherit and carry forward the culture to promote national unity,form a strong force,eventually progress promoting social stability and ethnic prosperity.At the same time,the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural characteristics of our country mean that we have abundant ethnic cultural resources,which provides rich educational and teaching activities resources for schools.In ethnic culture into the campus,according to the theory of cultural anthropology of education,multicultural education theory,under the premise of pluralistic integration based on the theory of education,how to get the ethnic culture in many forms,multi-level penetrated into each link of the education teaching activities,make the ethnic culture at the same time in the school for the restless and mainstream culture and school education perfect combination,To better carry out ethnic culture education in schools,especially ethnic schools,is the core issue that this research focuses on.Ethnic culture education in schools can further improve the overall quality of students.Through ethnic culture education,students can not only understand their own ethnic culture,but also learn the excellent culture of each ethnic group through the window of learning their own ethnic culture.Students should not only learn the knowledge of mainstream culture,but also be familiar with their own ethnic culture.Therefore,this study takes M Middle School of Guigang City as a case and carries out research through field observation,interview and literature analysis.Guigang M Minority Middle School has formed distinct characteristics in ethnic culture education practice and the development and utilization of Zhuang cultural resources.The school makes full use of the Zhuang culture resources,language culture,clothing culture,festival culture,folk song culture,handicraft culture and so on to carry out ethnic culture education,dig deeply its unique educational value,and has achieved certain results in the practice of ethnic culture education.The school implements the bilingual teaching of Zhuang people,introduces the culture of Zhuang people into the classroom,shows the "figure" of ethnic culture everywhere in the campus landscape and campus wall,and holds the "Zhuang Sanyuesan" culture and art festival and ethnic sports festival every year.However,guigang M ethnic middle school in developing ethnic culture education also has some problems and deficiencies in the process,main performance for the school more confined to the resources development and utilization of zhuang culture,for other ethnic cultural resources development and utilization of the insufficiency,the education content in the understanding of cross-cultural awareness is not enough,lead to the implementation of the ethnic culture education failed to play the proper effect.Study found that the problem is the main reason to the reality condition of the ethnic culture features narrow understanding of education resources,the use of the curriculum "static" and "missing",the teacher in education to develop ethnic culture and consciousness ability is insufficient,inadequate protection of the ethnic culture education funds,ethnic cultural activities and students' cognition and demand gap,etc.In view of the problems,this study according to the theory of cultural anthropology of education,multicultural education theory,multiple integration education theory as the instruction,at the same time reference for practical experience,from the following several aspects to improve the quality of school education of ethnic culture: one is at all levels of government level,in terms of money,material,human guaranteed;Second,at the school level,we should broaden the source of funds for ethnic culture and education through multiple channels,strengthen the construction of teachers for ethnic culture and education,integrate discipline teaching into ethnic culture and education,carry out a series of cultural and sports activities around regional ethnic culture,and correct the value consciousness of ethnic culture and education.Third,the field integration level,strengthen the "school-family-community" education linkage.
