In this paper,the athletes of Xihua University CUBA secondary League were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the position on the field.The experimental group adopted Cross Fit training mode for physical training,while the control group adopted traditional basketball physical training method.Through the use of Excel 2007 and spss22.0 software,the data collected after 12 weeks of training were statistically analyzed.This paper discusses the influence of Cross Fit training mode on the physical ability of basketball players compared with traditional basketball physical training.The purpose of this paper is to combine the "Cross Fit" training mode with the characteristics of basketball events,arrange and design targeted training plans,and help CUBA secondary league players quickly improve their physical fitness and sports performance on the basketball court through scientific training means and methods.It provides a theoretical basis for enriching the physical training methods of CUBA secondary league players.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper combines the training system,methods and contents of Cross Fit with the characteristics of basketball events,designs a training plan,and carries out 12 weeks of experimental training for the basketball players of Xihua University,and compares the data of the physical functions of the experimental group and the control group After the comparative analysis of growth,the conclusion is drawn.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the physical fitness of the players in CUBA second level basketball league.Results: after analyzing the experimental data by SPSS software,it can be concluded that Cross Fit training mode has a good effect in the training of body composition,endurance,heart rate,explosive force,maximum strength and rapid reaction ability.But the results of vital capacity and t-sensitivity test changed little.Conclusion: Cross Fit training mode has a good promotion effect on the physical fitness of the players of CUBA second level basketball league,especially the body fat rate,endurance,heart rate,explosive power,maximum strength and rapid reaction ability that basketball players need.It is suggested that the coaches of the secondary league can combine the Cross Fit training mode in the physical training.
