Family Attachment,Social Capital And Urban Women's Community Participation Behavior Research

With the advance of economic transition and social transformation,China's urban grassroots management system and management mode also have changed accordingly.How to build a community of social governance that everyone is responsible for,responsible for and enjoys has become an issue of The Times.As a force that cannot be ignored in the development of the community,the female group has proved that the female community participation behavior has its own unique reasons through its practical actions.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the community participation behavior of urban women.Social capital is a kind of intangible resource in the community.It is embedded in the relationship between various subjects in the community and affects the individual behavior of female residents.On the other hand,the family,as a unit providing resources and converging benefits,also has a special impact on women.Based on this,exploring the internal relationship between women's individual,family and society can provide some explanatory power for the behavior status quo of urban women's community participation.(3)Among the demographic variables,the type of undergraduate and master's degree and above,whether they are party members,and the work department have a significant impact on female community participation.By sorting out the existing theoretical research,this paper defines the relevant core concepts,and constructs a theoretical framework based on social capital theory,citizen participation theory and feminist theory.At the same time,the research on the relationship between women's community participation,family attachment and women's community participation as well as the relationship between social capital and women's community participation is sorted out to provide a theoretical basis for the research design of the following paper.According to the existing literature,the variables of family dependency are divided into two dimensions: family resource dependency and family benefit dependency.Social capital is divided into three dimensions: social trust,social network and social reciprocal norm.Community participation is divided into two types: community institutional participation and non-institutional participation,based on which a research model is established and a corresponding research hypothesis is put forward.In the empirical analysis stage,this paper uses a questionnaire survey method to collect data in five communities in Chengdu,and uses Stata 15.1 software to conduct empirical data analysis.In the process of data analysis,the social trust dimension and reciprocity norm dimension of social capital variables are transformed into community trust factor,community reciprocity factor and community normative factor through factor analysis method.The statistical analysis found that:(1)In the relationship between family attachment and female community participation behavior,the husband's technical secondary school/senior high school/vocational education type is significant for female community participation behavior.(2)In the relationship between social capital and female community participation behaviors,community trust factors,community reciprocity factors,community normative factors,and the number of participating associations all have a significant impact on female community participation behaviors.The impact of these four variables on female community participation Ranked in descending order of strength: community trust factor>community reciprocity factor>community normative factor>number of associations.(4)In the interactive analysis of family dependency and social capital,whether to take care of the elderly,the interaction of community normative factors and the number of variables that the community can provide help all affect women's community participation behavior.In comparison,women who need to take care of the elderly have a lower degree of recognition and responsiveness to the community system norms,and lower levels of community participation;second,the more women who need to take care of the elderly in the community who can provide help for them,their community participation The higher the degree.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the training women in the community of decision-making,management ability,innovation consciousness of community education,to foster community,fostering community social capital and build the interests of the family as the core,perfect the corresponding infrastructure,and the countermeasures of regulation,to further improve the level of community participation in the current urban female residents.
