This paper uses the methods of literature,expert consultation,experiment,test and mathematical statistics.18 rowers of Tianjin rowing team were selected as the experimental subjects,and the subjects were randomly divided into two groups,9 in each group.The experimental group was given squat,push and pull training under the condition of pressure,while the control group was given no pressure training,and the RPE values of the athletes were recorded after the training.Eight weeks after the experiment,the maximum strength,strength endurance,lower limb explosive strength,cardiopulmonary endurance,dynamometer performance and other indicators of the athletes were tested.Finally,the data before and after the experiment were analyzed by spss23.0 statistical software.The results are as follows(1)The maximum strength of squat,push and pull(squat 1RM,push 1RM,pull1RM)of the KAATSU group(experimental group)and the traditional strength training group(control group)were improved,but the improvement degree of the maximum strength of squat and push in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(2)In the strength endurance test with 60% 1RM weight(squat,push,pull),KAATSU and traditional strength training had no effect on strength endurance;in the pull-up test,the number of times of improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant.(3)The explosive force of lower limbs(vertical jump)of the experimental group and the control group were improved,and the vertical jump height,vertical jump strength and vertical jump power of the experimental group after the experiment were better than those before the experiment;the vertical jump height and vertical jump power of the control group were better than those before the experiment;the vertical jump height,vertical jump strength and vertical jump power of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.(4)The cardiopulmonary endurance of the experimental group and the control group were improved,but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(5)The experimental group and the control group's special dynamometer ability(dynamometer 2000 meters performance,dynamometer 30 minutes distance)have improved,but the experimental group and the control group's performance improvement degree has no significant difference;the experimental group athletes recover faster,better adaptability to training.Conclusion: compared with traditional strength training,KAATSU can improve the maximum strength and explosive power more significantly;the influence of KAATSU and traditional strength training on strength endurance(60% 1RM),cardiopulmonary endurance and special ability of dynamometer is similar;the recovery of athletes using KAATSU is faster.
