| Since the development of sport,physical training has been an important issue of great concern.The athletes physical fitness is the basis to raise the rowing sports results,and training methods and good load cycle arrangements are effective strategies to improve the level of physical fitness.So as to the effectiveness of physical training of female rowers of Wuhan Sports Institute to provide a practical basis and intellectual support,this paper uses the research methods of literature,survey,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the effectiveness of the overland to Wuhan women’s rowing athletes training institute as the research object,combining scientific system in complex science theory based on characteristics of rowing athletes;measurement evaluation of body shape,physical fitness;sports athletes for the status quo of land rehabilitation formulation and implementation;and assessing the effectiveness of sports training plan implementation,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Athletes test indicators than before the results have been greatly improved.Specifically manifested in the body shape and movement quality process.Sports quality is highlighted in the strength of quality and endurance quality among them.The strength of each unit,the maximum strength,strength endurance,core strength and explosive force are showing growth trend,and the sensitivity of the quality of training because of a single and weather factors show a downward trend.Body shape aspects of athletes decreased body fat rate,the Queteole index showed a normal trend.2.The control process is particularly important in the control,the overall performance in the standard degree of exercise,load and intensity,injury factors,as well as external environmental factors combined effect.Training through the athletes themselves to communicate with each other,timely and targeted to adjust to ensure the normal implementation of the training program.3.Through the 2015 and 2016 national racing championship results comparison found that 2016 women’s eight single results were significantly improved,the overall reflected in the sailing stage,on the way stage and sprint stage.4.On-land physical training has a certain relevance,through appropriate training methods and improve the remediation to achieve maximum training effect,in order to improve the women’s rowing athletes competitive state,access to excellent athletic performance. |
