Research On The Financial Status Of "Sanfu Outdoor" Based On The DuPont Analysis System

At present,our country attaches great importance to the sports industry as a sunrise industry,and continuously promotes sports consumption to become a new economic growth point.At the same time,the residents' health awareness has been increasing,and their demand for sports has become more intense,which has led to the influx of a large amount of capital,and the degree of market competition has become more and more fierce.Therefore,all kinds of sports companies can survive the elimination only if they develop steadily and sustainably under tremendous pressure.The outdoor sports industry is an important part of the sports industry.However,due to the huge pressure of market competition,Beijing Sanfo Outdoor Products Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as: Sanfo Outdoor),which is the benchmark of the outdoor sports industry,has experienced significant fluctuations in its business performance in recent years and is facing huge challenge.Because of this,it is urgent to conduct financial analysis and find out the existing problems,together with putting forward solutions.In the outdoor sports industry,Sanfo Outdoor is one of the few listed companies,with both outdoor product sales and outdoor services.In this article,Sanfo Outdoor is used as the research object,using three research methods: literature data method,comparative analysis method and serial substitution method,according to relevant data disclosed from 2015 to 2019,to conduct in-depth research on it from a financial perspective.First,conduct a ratio analysis of the basic financial situation,including three types of indicators representing profitability,solvency,and operating ability.Secondly,using the typical Du Pont analysis system in financial analysis,starting from the four indicators of return on net assets,net sales interest rate,asset turnover rate and equity multiplier,conduct vertical trend analysis and horizontal comparative analysis to find its own shortcomings and defects.On this basis,further clarify its own future development space and boost the development of the outdoor sports industry.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,specific reference suggestions are put forward from five aspects: cost and expense,inventory,financial leverage,brand influence,and independent innovation,so as to enhance comprehensive competitiveness.
