With the convening of the National Education Congress and the National Conference on Undergraduate Education in Colleges and Universities in the New era,the state has put forward higher requirements for education.Education should focus on cultivating students' innovative ability,their ability to combine theory with practice,their modernization level of education management,and the integration of technology and education.Under the promulgation of a series of national policies,in the face of the reform of the curriculum,the innovation of teaching mode is essential.Football project is a collective ability,skill,tactical ability,psychology and wisdom ability in the same field adversarial project,but also a sports item in Tianjin In the course of football teaching,we should carry out the teaching mode of sub-class,increase the communication and cooperation between students,and promote the individualized development of students.The sub-classroom is a new mode of classroom teaching reform put forward by Zhang Xuexin,a psychology professor of Fudan University,in view of the main problems existing in the current university classroom,combined with the advantages of the lecturing classroom and the discussion classroom.The core idea is to allocate half of the classroom time to be taught by teachers and the other half to be discussed by students in the form of interactive learning in the form of classroom time.Similar to the traditional curriculum,it emphasizes teaching first and then learning,teachers teach first and students learn later,and similar to the discussion course,emphasizes the interaction between students and students,and encourages autonomous learning.This paper makes an experimental study on the application of sub-class teaching mode in football general course by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical analysis.In this study,42 students in class 2019 of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into two classes.The experimental class used the dual-class teaching mode and the control class used the traditional teaching mode.Through the analysis of physical fitness,football technology,sports interest and exercise attitude before and after the two classes,the following conclusions were drawn:Through the eight-week teaching experiment,the students in the two classes have no different changes before and after the experiment in physical quality,which indicates that the two teaching models have the same effect in improving physical quality.1?Compared with the general teaching mode,teachers and students' rights and responsibilities are very important,so we should allocate the time and content of each part according to the characterist ics of the students.The requirements for teachers are high.2?In addition to the teacher's explanation,there are more student-led conflicts in the process of understanding the technical action,and this conflict happens to be the key to breaking through the difficulties.3?In the course of teaching,we should combine should combine with science and technology in the process of teaching,use the means of science and technology,more scientific means to improve student s' learning ability,enrich teaching means,and promote the innovation and process of teaching.4?On the one hand,due to the short time of the experiment,on the other hand,the training of physical quality in teaching design is not enough,too much attention is paid to technology,and the eff ect of using the sub-topic teaching mode in teaching needs to be further demonstrated.5?We can not separate from the traditional teaching mode in the process of application,but also need to rely on the traditional teaching mode,how to combine the traditional teaching mode with the o pposite classroom teaching mode in the follow-up research process,and give full play to their respective advantages,still need to be explored.
