China has issued a number of policies to support the development of campus football.Football classes have also received attention as a way to develop campus football.However,there are still problems in teaching football in the teaching of football and the low participation of students.An important issue facing the development of football teaching.The sports education model is a perfect teaching model and plays an active role in improving students’ participation in sports,sports skills and tactics,and enhancing social interaction skills.Aiming at the problems existing in football teaching,the application of sports education mode in high school football teaching is carried out to verify the influence of football teaching on students’ sports skills and sports participation,which provides a useful reference for football teaching practice.This study takes the use of sports education mode in the high school football class as the research object.The students from the high school two football option classes of the affiliated middle school of Nanjing Normal University are used as experimental subjects,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.The experimental class(33 people)used the sports education mode teaching,and the control class(27 people)used the traditional physical education teaching mode.Through 20 hours of teaching experiments,the following results were obtained:1)After the experiment,the results of the sports participation test in the experimental class and the contro]class showed that the average scores of the students in the experimental class in terms of positive interest,negative interest,cooperative spirit,will quality,self-control,and health awareness were:22.88,13.49,respectively,27.11,18.14,35.91,13.49.The cean scores of the control class in these aspects were:20.31,11.82,25.38,16.65,33.59,13.18,and the scores of the experimental class in each dimension were significantly higher than the control class(p<0.05).2)After the experiment,the test results of the football technical level of the experimental class and the control class showed that the average value of the football technique of the experimental class students was 11.37 on the front of the instep,16.62 seconds on the 20-meter return,and 6.91 on the dribble..The average values of the students in the control class were:10.59 on the front of the instep,18.02 seconds on the 20-meter return,and 6.53 on the dribble.The dribbling technique of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class(p<0.05).Conclusion:The design and implementation of high school football curriculum based on sports education model can not only effectively improve students’ positive interest,will quality,self-control,health awareness,improve negative interest and cultivate cooperative spirit,but also for students’ throwing skills and dribbling skills.Such as the football skills learning and level improvement has the incomparable advantages of the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,it is suggested to combine the concepts and principles of the sports education model in high school football teaching to carry out teaching reform,and introduce the sports education model to teach according to the actual situation.In the teaching of sports education mode,the content should be adjusted according to the teaching effect,and the teaching organization should be continuously improved to meet the needs of students of different levels.
