Research On The Effect Of Implementing Morality And Cultivating People In The Physical Education Of Tianjin Sino-German University Of Applied Sciences

The implementation of the fundamental task of "cultivating people by virtue" is the top-level design in the educational reform of every university in China,and the cultivation of moral education for college students has become an important part of China’s higher education.Based on this background,this paper studies the effect of "cultivating people by virtue" in the physical education teaching of Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Technology,aiming at providing teaching reform ideas on how to train the moral education quality of college students with physical education as the direction.Through the literature review,this study search "khalid ents" sections of the university sports teaching link,use the "khalid GCNT evaluation index of case to carry out the" khalid ents "in colleges and universities sports teaching current situation of the basic dimensions and the empirical analysis,based on this,this paper USES the literature material law,interview method,investigation method,mathematical statistics,logic induction,with tianjin sino-german application technology university as a case study,research the school encountered difficulties in the process of sports teaching,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,to provide theoretical reference for other colleges and universities sports teaching,promote the development of physical education in colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)There are 3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators for the evaluation of Lide tree people.(2)The basic dimensions of the implementation of "cultivating people by virtue" in the physical education of colleges and universities are that the physical education objectives should highlight the tenacious will quality,the content of physical education should reflect the spirit of unity and cooperation,the implementation process of physical education should follow the rules,and the function of physical education should cultivate the social adaptability.(3)the school sports teaching in the implementation of the current situation of "khalid ents in the empirical analysis of school physical education to carry out the" khalid ents "the importance of insufficient,teachers and students in physical education teaching to carry out the" khalid ents"cognitive differences,to carry out the" khalid ents "teaching in physical education teaching goal setting conditions,sports teaching in the implementation of the teaching content of" khalid ents "Settings,teachers in physical education teaching to carry out the" khalid ents "teaching ability to execute," khalid ents "in physical education teaching evaluation system in proportion," khalid ents "concept of students’ learning situation.(4)The difficulties encountered in the implementation of "cultivating people by virtue" in physical education are mainly the lack of attention paid to physical education by teachers and the lack of support from moral education policies;The teaching execution ability is insufficient,the value understanding of moral education is still shallow;Serious lack of teaching objectives,teaching content,moral education quantitative evaluation accounted for less;Insufficient publicity of PE teaching function;Students have insufficient cognition of the value of moral education.It is suggested that schools should pay more attention to physical education and improve relevant moral education policies.To improve physical education teachers’ knowledge reserve of moral education value and enhance teaching execution;Establish the moral education teaching objective,perfect the teaching content,improve the teaching quantitative evaluation system;To create a cultural atmosphere of multi-channel sports education;Inculcate the multi-dimensional physical education teaching function;To improve the students’ cognition level of the basic task of cultivating students by virtue of six improvement measures to strengthen the effect of implementing "cultivating students by virtue of virtue" in the physical education teaching of Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Technology.
