With the rapid development of information technology,it accelerates the arrival of the education informationization 2.0 era in China.With the deep integration of information technology and teaching,great changes have taken place in education.The development of education in the new era has put forward new requirements for talents' quality.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued a new version of the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for General High Schools,which proposed the academic quality standards based on the core literacy of the information technology discipline,and pointed out a new direction for the development of the information technology discipline and talent cultivation.Therefore,this study focuses on the cultivation of junior high school students' information awareness,and carries out the research on mixed teaching design and application.Through literature research,this study has sorted out the domestic and foreign researches on blended teaching mode,application,evaluation,dimension division,cultivation strategy,measurement and evaluation of information awareness,and obtained research inspiration and significance fulcrum from them.Through the field investigation and interview,find out the existing problems of information awareness training in junior middle school.Secondly,on the theoretical basis of constructivism learning theory,interconnectivism learning theory and mixed learning theory,based on the combination of previous research results,through the reorganization of the teaching subject and the organic integration of the teaching links,the blended teaching design scheme based on information awareness training is designed.Finally using action research method,using the education internship,is divided into three experiments,theoretical method was applied to teaching practice,in the practical teaching by means of implementing scheme for reflection and correction unceasingly,after three rounds of action research gradually optimized,make the education teaching activities ultimately had significantly improved,and the effect of the teaching design scheme is verified.Overall,this research can be based on the theory of constructivism,unicom,blended learning guidance,designed for junior middle school information technology subject consciousness cultivation of hybrid teaching design scheme,obtaining good results in practice,promote the cultivation of the junior high school students information consciousness,improve the deficiency of the present information technology teaching,improve teaching effect,It provides some reference for the further research on the core accomplishment of information technology.
