The purpose of this research is to use goal-oriented teaching supported by information technology to solve the two existing problems in physics teaching: " lose the nature of physics " and "lose the status of students".Taking the two chapters of "force and balance of force" and "Newton's law of motion" as examples,this paper constructs the goal-oriented teaching theory and practice model of information technology to support the core competencies and values of high school physics from five links of teaching analysis,design,development,practice and evaluation.In the process,pay attention to the integration of information technology and teaching,chapter textbook analysis is based on course standards,chapter learning analysis is based on students' starting points and features,teaching goals' statement is based on core competencies and values,single class teaching mode is based on chapter analysis,and effect detection method is based on information technology.Implement the designed content in the real situation,carry out teaching and learning activities,and use the "experimental research method" to test the teaching and learning effects,and study the goal-oriented teaching in promoting students' physical concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility to achieve the four core qualities.By using the homework box APP,class software,Excel,etc.,the data of daily tests and periodical tests,evaluation scale and questionnaire survey are combined,and the students' learning behavior and core competencies and values are evaluated in multiple ways.Using the iPad-specific software " Instructional Behavior Recorder " to collect and analyze the distribution of the main interaction between teacher and students in the classroom,evaluate teacher's teaching behavior,and test the effectiveness of goal-oriented teaching from another level.The results show that the guidance function of goals can guarantee the effectiveness of teaching and the motivation function of goals can guarantee the status of students.
