Since DanceSport came to China, after years of development and improvement,now has been successfully made a certain status in Chinese. For most people in thepractice of dance at the same time, more are focusing on technology skills. How toexpress the DanceSport's unique artistic charm need to be paid attention in the futuredevelopment. DanceSport came from the West, as it came to China, there won't be abright future unless it combines with chinese current situation, so that it can be fit to thepeople of china, and have the maximum widespread of developments. DanceSportcontains ten different dances, each dance has its own unique movement characteristics.In DanceSport's competition, within a very short time to complete a row of fivedifferent styles of dance requires a lot of exercise. How can consumption of at leastphysical and perfect completion of each dance the basic requirements for eachDanceSport dancers. To achieve these most basic is to concentrate to breathe, and then aperfect self-expression. The DanceSport financial sports and art, set fitness andentertainment in one of the sports items. This research mainly use the research methodsof reading literature, expert interview, observation and questionnaire, discuss the fsionpoint between "vigor, breath, vitality" of chinese traditional culture, traditional WushuTaijiquan and DnceSport, and a way easy for chinese people to accept, to improve thestudents' learning interest and learning effect of DanceSport, fill in the blanks of "vigor,breath, vitality".Through the preliminary study and analysis the following conclusions are obtained:self conscious control and regulation in DanceSport in favor of students' physicalquality and capacity control, improve students' dance technique and competition ability;Through the grasp of DanceSport in the inhalation and exhalation method, can make thedancing body movements more full of vitality; vitality is the most important and directexternal performance, through the eyes, body posture and partner cooperation ability,increase in DanceSport appreciation at the same time, promote students' learningenthusiasm and initiative, helpfully for DanceSport's greater promotion andpopularization. The significance of this research lies in, through the training of dancesport's connotation, so that students can spend a long time, high quality onmaintain focus and cohesion of the centralized, overcome the external environment andinner emotions influence to dance, DanceSport's technical mastery, enhanced danceperformance and appeal.
