In recent years,the state attaches more and more importance to the construction of teachers and pays more attention to the importance of teachers'professional development.The state council of the CPC central committee and the slate council of China' s education modernization 2035 once again emphasized that the level of teacher professional development should be strengthened to promote teachers' lifelong learning and independent professional development.The professional development of teachers is inseparable from career planning,which is evolving mutualIy.Teachers' career planning ability affects the quality of education and the,cultivation of talents.In the face of the new round of curriculum reform,new requirements have been put forward for the professional development level of teachers.Therefore,a full understanding of the status quo of teachers' career planning ability is of practical significance for improving teachers' career planning ability and professional development level in the future.Through understanding the current situation of career planning ability of ordinary high school teachers,this paper USES statistical analysis method to find out the existing problems of career planning ability of ordinary high school teachers and analyze its causes,and proposes countermeasures to improve their career planning ability.Hunchun Y 92 high school teachers as the research sample,by the method of literature,questionnaire investigation and interview as the research method,on the basis of a vast amount of literature reading,teachers'career planning ability can be divided into five dimensions:self assessment,environmental assessment,target,planning and evaluation,feedback and adjust ability.The questionnaire"questionnaire on career planning ability of ordinary high school teachers" was written around these five dimensions.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is found that the average high school teachers are at a good level in the five aspeets of self-assessment ability,environmental assessment ability,goal determination ability,planning ability and assessment ability,feedback and adjustment ability,and there are significant differences in gender,teaching age and age.Based on the actual situation,this study proposes the following Suggestions by analyzing and discussing the existing problems:1.Schools guide teachers to identify the needs of professional development and enhance their awareness of career planning.2.The school will accelerate the improvement of the evaluation system and improve the incentive measures.3.The school strengthens the training management of teachers'career planning.4.Teachers should pay more attention to the improvement of their own ability and strengthen the awareness of lifelong learning.5.Teachers should master the knowledge of teachers' career planning and improve their self-planning ability.
