| In June 2019,the ministry of education issued the document "guidance on the formulation and implementation of professional talent training programs in vocational colleges".The document clearly requires secondary vocational schools to further deepen the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,promote mixed teaching and other modern teaching models,and promote the revolution of classroom teaching.Therefore,the research on the construction of "mixed teaching mode for secondary vocational schools" plays an important role in the implementation of national policies,the guarantee of teaching quality,and the improvement of teaching informatization level.Secondary vocational school is the professional training of skilled talents in China main land,for the national construction in various fields has prepared a large number of various professional technical personnel,but also because of this,most secondary vocational schools in order to improve graduation rates and employment,the teaching focus on the improvement of operation skills,to a certain extent,ignored the knowledge ability and the cultivation of emotional,plus the quality of secondary vocational school students,how to improve secondary vocational school students' learning enthusiasm,initiative and be more concern.Mixed teaching mode is a teaching mode that combines various teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods,which is more conducive to promoting students' independent learning and enhancing their interest in learning,so as to realize the comprehensive cultivation of students in secondary vocational schools.Combination for nearly a year of professional education of master apprentice and practice,the author found that students exist in the traditional classroom learning initiative is insufficient,investment degree is not high,so under the certain theoretical guidance,based on the secondary vocational school information conditions,the reality is constructed by "WeChat platform + classroom" in support of the environment,in order to preview "before class +interaction in class + reflection after classs" as the basic activity way,with mutual "students' self-assessment + process evaluation,summative evaluation" to evaluate the way of teaching mode,in order to improve the students' interest in learning and commitment,and improve the quality of teaching,To promote the professional skills of secondary vocational schools to make a reference to the curriculum.The research methods adopted in this research mainly include literature research,design-based research,questionnaire survey,interview and field observation.By means of literature research,this paper sorts out the existing relevant researches,analyzes the problems of computer professional skills courses in secondary vocational schools,and constructs a hybrid teaching model on the basis of certain theories.Through the research based on design,the hybrid teaching model is revised iteratively in practice.Questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other empirical research methods were used to obtain first-hand data on the current situation of students' learning,their involvement in class,and their attitude changes,so as to provide direct evidence to support the research.This study is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and explains the research content,research ideas and methods.The second part defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third part,the teaching status of secondary vocational schools,constructs a mixed teaching model for secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is to carry out the implementation of the new teaching mode,analyze,improve and implement the results.Finally,the teaching model is improved and the research conclusion is drawn.The fifth part summarizes the whole research,and analyzes the shortcomings of the research and the future prospects. |
