Teachers' competence is the basis for teachers' moral cultivation,and its level directly affects the quality of education and teaching,the overall development of students and the improvement of their comprehensive quality.Papers in combing the domestic and foreign related research literature,on the basis of defining the core concept,by gaoan seven primary school mathematics teachers as the research sample,using research methods such as questionnaire survey,field about seven primary school mathematics teachers' competence overall level and structure,analysis of the seven elementary school mathematics teacher competency from the urban and rural,intercollegiate differences,gender differences,age difference,the difference of education,teaching age,job grade differences,effort difference,the difference of the title,in staff side,all the differences,It reveals that the main factors affecting the competency of math teachers in county primary schools include teacher work pressure,teacher teaching task,teacher active learning,teacher teaching reflection,teacher training and further study,teacher discussion and exchange,and then puts forward some strategic suggestions to improve the competency of math teachers in county primary schools :(1)To improve the professional happiness of teachers;(2)Reasonable arrangement of teachers' teaching tasks;(3)Improve teachers' active learning mechanism;(4)Continue to strengthen training;(5)Strengthen the reflection of teaching practice;(6)Promoting teaching exchanges and seminars among teachers. |
