In recent years,the state has made great efforts to solve the problem of the balanced development of compulsory education,so teachers’ exchange and educational collectivization have emerged.In order to solve practical problems such as the size of large classes,the craze for school choice,and the difficulty in educating children of migrant workers in cities,methods such as teacher exchanges and the group running of schools that promote weak schools through prestigious schools have achieved initial results.However,due to the huge differences in teachers and student resources among different schools,and more and more schools have begun to set up education groups,the exchange of teachers under the background of group education has greater practical significance.Based on theoretical research and empirical investigation,this paper summarizes the achievements of Z Education Group in teacher communication work,and adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview methods,and selects Nanchang Z Education Group as the survey object,with 161 primary school teachers It is a sample to investigate and analyze the current situation of teacher communication in Z Education Group.The survey results show that the main problems in teacher communication in this school are:(1)The cognitive differentiation of communication is obvious and communication teachers’ sense of belonging is not strong;(2)Individual will can not be taken into account,the differences between school districts affect the choice;(3)The implementation method is not scientific and reasonable,and the work arrangement and development of the group are hindered;(4)It will affect the work and study of teachers and students and reduce the management efficiency of education groups.Next,it analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of top-level design,supporting system,interest appeal,development planning,role positioning,assessment methods,individual differences,policy implementation and career beliefs.In order to further improve the teacher communication mode under the background of group school running,improve the effect of communication,and enable the education group to develop healthily and steadily,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Carry forward noble sentiments and establish a model of teacher ethics;(2)Improve system design,Pay attention to humanistic care;(3)pay attention to individual differences,strict reward and punishment measures;(4)strengthen teacher training,increase the talent pool;(5)improve the administrative level,and seek sustainable development.
