The interpersonal communication of students has a great influence on the growth and development of individuals,which directly affects the development of personality,emotion,behavior,psychology and so on in the primary school.But in recent years,there have been many new problems in the interpersonal communication of pupils,such as interpersonal barriers,campus bullying and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately grasp the actual situation of interpersonal communication among high-grade pupils,understand the common problems of interpersonal communication among high-grade pupils,and further analyze the causes and influencing factors of the problems.In order to promote the formation of good and harmonious interpersonal relationship among high-grade pupils,the corresponding educational guidance strategies are put forward.In order to accurately understand the reality of interpersonal communication among high-grade pupils,the author randomly selected a primary school from the village,town,suburb,county and city.420 students were randomly selected in the fifth and sixth grade of these primary schools.The questionnaire is designed to understand the overall situation of interpersonal communication of high-grade pupils from nine aspects: the intention of communication,the purpose of communication,the object of communication,the content of communication,the way of communication,the means of communication,the confusion of communication,the experience of communication,the expectation of communication.The results showed that:(1)The students' willingness to communicate with others was not strong and their communication cognition was unreasonable;(2)The purpose of communication was to meet the needs of communication and to get help in learning which is utilitarian;(3)The objects of communication are mainly classmates and friends,and afraid to communicate with teachers;(4)The content of communication is mainly learning,with a single and repetitive;(5)The modes of communication are aggregation type and single string type;(6)The means of communication is face-to-face conversation and We Chat,and the communication tools are becoming more and more adult;(7)The confusion of communication is mainly about solving conflicts with classmates,And the solution of confusion is mainly by themselves;(8)The experience of communication is mainly happiness and excitement;(9)The expectation of communication is to make intimate friends.Therefore,the following educational guidance strategies are put forward:(1)Create a healthy and harmonious social environment;(2)Attach great importance to the demonstration and leading role of adults;(3)Strive to build a democratic and equal teacher-student relationship;(4)Strengthen the educational guidance of interpersonal communication.
