Interpersonal communication,also known as interpersonal communication,refers to the process of passing certain information to other individuals through certain expressions,such as language,words,or body movements,and expressions.The contemporary vocational school students have undoubtedly become indispensable skills talents for national construction.The cultivation of interpersonal skills for secondary vocational students not only promotes the stability and development of the society,but also helps secondary vocational students to establish positive health and psychology,which is of great significance to the future career of secondary vocational students.However,from the data point of view,a large proportion of secondary vocational students are faced with confusion in interpersonal communication,and there are few studies on the characteristics of interpersonal communication of secondary vocational students in the field of academic research.Therefore,I believe that studying the characteristics of secondary vocational school students'interpersonal communication is a far-reaching topic.Through the questionnaire on the interpersonal communication of the secondary vocational students,eight hundred students in the Y vocational school in Changchun were investigated and the results were analyzed and discussed.The characteristics of the interpersonal communication of the secondary vocational students were as follows:(1)there is a gap between the secondary vocational students and their parents.(2)secondary vocational school students and teachers are cowardly and have no trust.(3)the interaction between secondary vocational school students and their partners has their own expectation deviation.According to the conclusion,combined with the main problems and reasons,we put forward corresponding strategies:(1)in family life,parents focus on training and guidance of secondary vocational school students' interpersonal skills.(2)improve the school's effective education of secondary vocational school students' interpersonal skills through various channels.(3)secondary vocational school students should enhance their self cultivation and consciously absorb strategies and skills of interpersonal communication.
