In March 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at a forum for teachers of ideological and political theory that ideological and political courses are the key courses for carrying out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue.In October 2020,the State Council issued the "General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New era ",which calls for adherence to the fundamental criteria of building up a person by virtue,and puts forward different requirements for the evaluation of students,teachers and education and teaching.The textbooks of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school has been used since 2016,but the curriculum standard of the new textbook has not been released,which makes the class teaching of "morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school face the special situation of "the curriculum standard is not fixed,the teaching material is first ".Based on the the class teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school as the research object,and tries to explore the evaluation standard of class teaching effectiveness of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,based on the logical thinking of "factor effective-process effective-result effective ",and based on effective teaching theory and teaching evaluation theory.Based on the questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this paper analyzes the performance and reasons why class teaching effectiveness of "Morality and Rule of Law" is not strong in junior middle school,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of class teaching.The first is to improve teachers' literacy and build a high-quality middle school ideological and political teachers;the second is to pay attention to pre-class preparation and improve class efficiency;the third is to strengthen the teaching process and build a variety of effective class.Finally,optimize class teaching feedback design and attach importance to teaching reflection.
