Since the 21stcentury,under the international background of"integration and development",the research category of science education has been expanded.Its educational goal focuses on the development of students’modeling literacy.The General Senior High School Physics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)points out that the model construction is a significant scientific way of thinking,which plays an important role in developing students’thinking and problem-solving ability.This means that the physical modeling ability has become an indispensable ability for students in the process of learning physics.Hence,in the actual teaching process,we should attach great importance to the development and cultivation of students’modeling ability and improve the level of students’physical modeling ability.In this way,understanding the current physical modeling situation of senior high school students plays a guiding role in improving their modeling ability.Therefore,this thesis aims to establish scientific and operational evaluation indicators to determine the level of students’modeling ability and judge the degree of students’modeling ability.Based on this,on the one hand,students can obtain timely feedback;on the other hand,teachers can adjust teaching methods in time and formulate teaching activities suitable for students’modeling ability level,thereby improving students’modeling ability.Firstly,this thesis analyzes and combs the research background,the current research situation at home and abroad,and theoretical basis,determining the research ideas and methods.Secondly,on the basis of the existing index system,an index system for the physical modeling ability of senior high school students is initially constructed,and SPSS23.0 is applied to calculate and analyze the average value,the standard deviation and the variation coefficient of each index.After two rounds’expert consultation,the index is revised and improved,and the concentration,dispersion and coordination of expert opinions reach the standard evaluation index system.The final Senior High School Students’Modeling Ability Evaluation Index System contains the evaluation standard of3 first-level indexes,and 7 second-level and three-level indexes.Finally,the case analysis method is applied to observe the real teaching cases according to the model development,the model establishment,and the model application process.The Senior High School Students’Modeling Ability Evaluation Index System is referred to concretely analyze the teaching activities of teachers as well as the performance of students’modeling level.From the analysis results,it is verified that the evaluation system has certain maneuverability in the process of practical use,which can provide certain mentality for classroom evaluation and students’modeling ability cultivation.
