Orff teaching method is one of the most famous music teaching systems in the world,which can fully develop students' personalities and stimulate students' interest in music learning.Meanwhile,orff teaching method can give full play to the role of elemental music by instructional strategies such as inspiration,experience and exploration,and students are encouraged to think,try and practice.Then,some basic music skills are formed and music accomplishment is improved.Orff teaching method can effectively arouse the students' initiative,enrich the teaching content,improve the students' interest and develop the students' potential in primary recorder classroom,making music class lively and naturally.This experimental research takes the third-grade students of the primary school in Chengdu as a case.Document study,experimental research,questionnaire research,classroom observation and other research methods are adopted.Combined with classroom teaching,this thesis makes an empirical study on how orff teaching method improves the learning quality in recorder classroom.This thesis mainly contains four parts: The first part is the introduction,including choose topic reason,research present situation and research design method.The second part is the investigation and the analysis on the present situation of recorder teaching in primary school.It mainly studies the existing problem,including the understanding of music,the control of playing breath,the grasp of playing rhythm and the low efficiency of ensemble.The third part is the experimental research of orff teaching method to enhance learning quality in primary school recorder classroom,which is mainly carried out by three teaching cases,including dealing with the breathing problem through the rhythmic recitation in orff teaching method,the rhythm problem through the momentum in orff teaching method and the ensemble problem through the music instrumental in orff teaching method.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.The research results suggest that orff teaching method can effectively ascend concentration,increase class interaction effects and allow students to learn music in the practice of playing recorder.Music activities creative musical ability and literacy.Meanwhile,through various teaching methods such as rhythm,movement and instrumental ensemble,the difficulties in recorder learning can be overcome.
