Research On The Practice Of Flipped Sports Classroom Based On The Lanmoyun Class Platform

In today's society,information technology and big data application have changed the way of human knowledge acquisition and production,and constantly impacted contemporary education ideas and concepts.It is a major trend of education reform to apply information technology to teaching and promote the development of education informatization.As a product of the information age,the flipped classroom combines online teaching with face-to-face teaching,changing the traditional single teaching mode,subverting the traditional teacher-centered education idea,catering to the trend of educational informatization,and providing the correct direction for the reform and development of educational informatization.As one of the optional courses of college physical education,Wushu has some problems in recent years'teaching practice,such as the aging of teaching methods,dull organizational form,paying attention to skills and ignoring the teaching of cultural connotations.Accordingly,the author hopes to apply the means of informationization of education in college physical education,in order to improve the problems in College Wushu teaching,and provide new reference and ideas for the innovation of college physical education teaching mode.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the teaching practice design and implementation of Changquan flip class based on Moso Teach as the research object,and discusses the teaching effect of Changquan flip class,and takes the students of Public Physical Education in the first year of Shaanxi Normal University as the experimental research object.Firstly,the development background,core concepts and research findings at home and abroad of Changquan in Shaanxi Normal University are introduced.This paper makes a brief summary and combing,and analyses the feasibility of the practice of sports flip classroom based on Moso Teach platform.Secondly,it designs the teaching of the third way of primary Changquan using flip classroom,and puts forward the teaching mode of Changquan flip classroom based on Moso Teach platform,and applies it to the 8-week comparative teaching experiment,aiming at researching the application of flip classroom in practice.The results of the design and implementation of teaching practice in international physical education teaching are compared with those of traditional physical education teaching models.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The application of the flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of College Physical Education Changquan is feasible;(2)The flipped classroom teaching model suitable for the actual teaching needs further exploration;(3)The design and implementation of the flipped classroom applied to the teaching of College Physical Education Changquan are still insufficient;(4)The flipped classroom based on Moso Teach platform can promote the improvement of teaching and learning effect.(5)Physical Education under the reversal classroom model is generally better than traditional physical education;(6)At present,there are still limited physical education projects applicable to the reversal classroom model.According to the conclusions and deficiencies found in the research,the paper puts forward some pertinent improvement methods and suggestions:(1)teachers should change their teaching concepts and improve their information technology ability and literacy;(2)change students'learning consciousness and cultivate students' autonomous and cooperative learning ability;(3)Notes Re-evaluation of the diversification of ways,respect for the subjectivity of students;(4)grasp the presentation of learning content and improve the quality and effect of learning resources;(5)in the flip classroom to add physical exercise,improve the basic physical quality of students;(6)develop and improve the function of network teaching platform,and promote the integration of information technology and education and teaching.
