Primary school physical education carries the important task of improving students' physical fitness and exercising their will and quality,and plays a vital role in contemporary quality education.How to continuously explore new physical education models and better carry out physical education work is an important content of the reform and development of primary school physical education in our country.As one of my country's national quintessence,martial arts is an important business card for China to the outside world.The development of martial arts is related to the inheritance and development of traditional culture.This article aims to implement the application of the "sports education model" in the martial arts teaching in primary schools to give martial arts courses more interesting,so as to enhance the attraction of martial arts courses to primary school students and cultivate their martial arts emotions and interest in martial arts learning;purpose two,Verify the teaching effect of this model in the application of martial arts teaching in primary schools.Encourage students to take the initiative to practice martial arts so as to play the role of inheriting and developing traditional culture and to cultivate students' overall development and lifelong sports awareness.In this study,two of the five classes in the sixth grade of Chengshi Bilingual School were randomly selected as experimental subjects through the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.It is divided into an experimental class and a control class,with 39 students in the experimental class(22 boys and 17 girls)and 40 in the control class(22 boys and 18girls).The teaching of the experimental class adopts the sports education mode,and the teaching of the control class adopts the traditional sports teaching mode.By referring to the 2014 National Student Physical Fitness and Health Standards and expert interviews,physical fitness,martial arts special qualities,basic martial arts skills,sports learning interests,learning attitudes,affective performance and cooperative spirit,and healthy behaviors are determined as evaluation indicators of teaching effectiveness.Before and after the experiment,the teaching effect evaluation index was tested,and the test results were statistically sorted.The SPSS25.0 statistical software was mainly used to perform T test on the data,and the test results were compared and analyzed.The results of the study show that the sports education model can improve students' flexibility,agility,martial arts skills,sports learning interest,learning attitude,affection performance,and cooperative spirit.Compared with the traditional sports teaching model,the sports education model has significant advantages,but it has significant advantages in speed quality.Compared with traditional physical education teaching mode,the effect is not significant in terms of waist and abdomen strength quality,endurance quality,martial arts special quality,and healthy behavior.Concluded as follow:(1)The "sports education model" is effective in improving the flexibility and agility of men and girls,but it has little effect on the speed,waist and abdomen strength and endurance of men and girls.(2)The "sports education model" has basically the same effect as the traditional teaching model in improving the special qualities of male and female students in martial arts,and has a slight advantage.(3)The "sports education model" has a significant improvement over the traditional teaching model in improving and strengthening students' martial arts skills,and has significant advantages.(4)The "sports education model" has a significant improvement over the traditional teaching model in improving students' independent learning ability,and has significant advantages;but it has not significant advantages in its healthy behavior.(5)In elementary school martial arts teaching,most students hold a positive attitude towards "sports education mode".Combining the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:(1)When applying the "sports education mode" teaching,the time for technical training and competition should be allocated reasonably;the amount of exercise and intensity of exercise for students should also be guaranteed to help improve students' physical fitness.(2)When applying the "sports education mode" teaching,it should be combined with actual teaching conditions,project characteristics and students' conditions,with particular emphasis on the differences between male and female students.(3)Teachers who are applying the "sports education model" for the first time should choose the projects they are good at.They can train through a variety of ways to master the teaching methods of using this model,and continuously strengthen their professional level.(4)In the future research,the "sports education model" should be viewed dialectically,to maximize the strengths and avoid the weaknesses.The two teaching modes can be used in combination,and the advantages of the sports education mode should be used to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode.(5)In future research,the experimental sample size and class hours should be expanded,and the experimental process should be controlled more strictly in order to obtain more accurate experimental results.
