This study mainly explores the influence of career planning activities on the individual career maturity of high school students in the context of college entrance examination reform.So far,China's career planning education has remained at a very early stage.Both the theory and the questionnaire are drawing on the research results of foreign countries.We have not yet formed a set of career planning education system that belongs to China's national conditions based on our history and culture.There are also obvious cultural and regional differences in the career development process of adolescents.I hope this study provides some experience and suggestions for the practical study of the careerization of career planning education,and at the same time enriches the theoretical content of the localization of career development theory.It is hoped that this study will stimulate students' career awareness through the career planning activity curriculum,and promote their in-depth exploration of their own interests,characteristics and other aspects of their self,while also maintaining continuous exploration of the surrounding environment,in the context of "knowing ourselves and knowing each other" Best for your career decision.Participants: Experimental group: Students from Chuanshi High School: 49 students in liberal arts,20.3% in science,192 in science,79.7% in school,127 in boys,52.7%,and 114 in girls,47.3%;Students in Sanzhong,Panzhihua City: 135 people in liberal arts students accounted for 46.9%,153 people in science students accounted for53.1%,134 people in boys accounted for 46.5%,and 154 students accounted for 53.5%.Students in the experimental group received intervention in the self-edited course during the first half of the semester,and the control group did not receive the relevant course at all.Results: The analysis of course process data,interview results and experimental data showed that the experimental intervention made the students in the experimental class improve their stability,career decision-making ability and professional maturity,and made significant progress in self-confidence and professional self-knowledge.The intervention played a positive role.
