Studies have shown that the father’s upbringing of infants and young children will directly affect the children’s life,therefore,the father’s involvement and providing positive and correct upbringing for children plays a decisive role in the children’s life.Affected by the traditional concept of gender division of labor in China,"men take care of the home while women take care of the home",men are endowed with the role of "breadwinner" while women are more "caregivers".In the long run,men’s responsibilities and obligations to take care of the family will be ignored.With the rapid development of national economy,the traditional family division of labor model has been gradually broken,and the single role of father as "breadwinner" can no longer meet the needs of society and family.Fathers should not be satisfied with the economic support for their children,but also provide support to their children in all aspects.In reality,fathers’ participation in children’s rearing is not high,and the sound development of children’s personality is affected.This paper is to study how to enhance fathers’ participation in children’s rearing.This study is based on ecological system theory and social learning theory as theoretical perspective,in view of the H village of 3-6 years old children’s father as the service object,with satisfaction assessment scale and father involved in breeding scale(IFI)as the assessment method,through the survey of questionnaire and interview early,it is concluded that high father involved in children’s education consciousness at the present stage,family support is sufficient,but less time,misconceptions and lack of science and the current situation of educational knowledge,and improve educational knowledge,improve the demand of the parent-child relationship.On the basis of scientific educational knowledge determine the father of group activities,from strengthening father parenting knowledge obtaining,through six times in group activities,to establish a relationship,to look at your,change,grow up together,strengthening the self-regulation ability,consolidate,and look forward to target for each activity,help father ascension in the interactive communication,encourage school discipline constraint,three sorts of participation.The research results show that group work can enhance fathers’ knowledge of scientific parenting and children’s growth characteristics to a certain extent,improve parent-child communication,change violent communication to non-violent communication,encourage fathers to participate in the raising of their children,and actively fulfill paternal obligations.But because of deep-rooted traditions,fathers are still deferring to the role of "breadwinner".Therefore,in order to improve the degree of fathers’ participation,it is not only necessary to start from fathers themselves and enhance fathers’ scientific parenting knowledge.In the community,it is necessary to use the existing resources of the community to build a parenting communication platform for fathers or the whole family,and invite professionals to carry out parent-child training for fathers.In terms of national policies,all regions should actively and conscientiously implement the issued paternity leave system.In addition,the state should also improve the family economic subsidy policy,reduce the family economic burden,and jointly promote the participation of fathers from the micro,medium and macro aspects.
