Study On The Football Development Dilemma Of Nanjing Campus Football Characteristic Primary School

In recent years,the development of football has been strongly supported by the state,and the development of campus football is the basis of the cultivation of reserve talents in our country.Distinctive campus football school selection work since 2015,our country started,distinctive campus football school in large area coverage across the country,but in the process of concrete in still faces some problems,therefore,this article takes nanjing campus football characteristic of primary school football development dilemma as the research object,USES the literature material,expert interview,questionnaire survey and data statistics research methods,This paper makes a field investigation to the school football characteristic primary schools in Nanjing,finds out the difficulties in the process of football development and analyzes them,puts forward relevant countermeasures,and provides some references for the further development of school football in Nanjing.Through the research analysis,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:1.Organization and leadership: Some schools have not set up campus football office.Although school leaders support the development of campus football,the construction of special management organization of campus football is not mature.2.Guaranteed conditions: the teaching force is mainly composed of the teachers of our school and external teachers.There is insufficient provision of special football teachers,and the treatment of teachers is different.Lack of hardware conditions,the average area used by students is less,the use of weekends and holidays is low.3.Education and teaching: some schools lack official school-based football teaching materials.Most schools still use traditional teaching materials and the teaching methods are relatively simple.The teaching content of football is mainly football technique and tactics and football theory.The lack of interesting football games and competitions can not attract students to actively participate in football.4.Training and competition: almost every campus football characteristic primary school has set up a school football team.The soaring number of football pairs,the absence of high-level football coaches,the lack of training time and the unscientific arrangement of training frequency make the campus football in Nanjing lack of competitiveness in the big matches in the past two years.5.Popularization of campus football: Some school leaders focus too much on competition results and only cultivate campus football teams,ignoring the original intention of "football education".In view of the above conclusions,the countermeasures are as follows:1.In terms of organization and management: improve the football management body of the school,formulate special football rules and regulations of the school,clarify the levels,implement them at different levels,and prevent buck-passing among different levels.2.In terms of condition guarantee: strengthen teacher training and introduce excellent teachers in diversified ways,such as encouraging professional football players to join the teaching team;Under the current circumstances,the first step should be to increase the utilization rate of hardware conditions,stagger the training of students,seek more social support,and ensure the material foundation.3.In terms of education and teaching: innovate the content of football teaching,clarify the task of football teaching,and fully reflect the educational function of football in teaching.Under the premise of ensuring the football curriculum setting scheme,the amount of class hours should be increased according to the actual situation.Strengthen football teaching and research,and actively develop the football teaching materials suitable for the development of our school.4.In terms of training and competition: expand the scale of high-level football coaches,so that each campus football special primary school can be equipped with professional football coaches,to provide guarantee for the training effect of campus football teams,and to improve the competitiveness of Nanjing campus football characteristic primary schools in football competitions.5.In terms of popularization efforts: change the traditional educational concepts of the government,school leaders and students' parents,actively organize inter-district,inter-school and inter-class football matches to attract more student groups.Organize school football parent-child activities,so that the public and parents can participate in football,feel the charm of football.Actively build the campus football platform,such as football culture festival,football lectures and football knowledge competition and other activities,to cultivate a strong campus football environment.
