China has an unprecedented task in the new era.And education is an important part of our nation and society.With the development of China,private schools has both opportunities and challenges.In the new environment,enterprise should open up views to keep pace with the new age.In the political context of optimizing the business environment,enterprises have a better prospect.How to make a perfect marketing strategy in the intense market competition is vital for maintaining a long-term vitality for guarantee,so the marketing plans is crucial in the long-term development.This paper makes a multi-level presentation of the current education industry environment,focusing on a private high school in Hohhot,as an analysis and research object,using a variety of methods to study its marketing problems,and carry out the optimization to the marketing strategy,thus enhances the market the comprehensive competitive ability.Finally,from the establishment of the system,marketing funds,human resources,information technology and other aspects to improve the marketing strategy of security measures.In this paper,we also looked up a lot of relevant literature,trying to learn from the better direction of marketing to open the field and dimension that may be touched.Finally,the analysis and conclusion also provide some experience and enlightenment for other similar training institutions and private schools to make proper marketing strategy.
