Attribution Analysis Of Poor Eyesight Of Primary And Secondary School Students In Shanxi Province And Sports Intervention Strategies

At present,impaired vision among adolescents in China has the characteristics of high incidence,strong persistence and older age.In 2020,the National Health Commission released the White Paper on Eye Health in China,which showed that the overall prevalence of white eyes and myopia among young people in China was Fifty-three point six percent.Which issue does the CPC Central Committee attach great importance to? Several government departments have issued a number of policies to curb students' visual problems from the aspects of government guidance,social support,school evaluation and family participation.In recent years,the research of visual impairment has become a hot topic in academic circles.In order to find out the cause of visual impairment,to judge the impact and threat of visual impairment,to find out the operational sports intervention countermeasures,the prevention and treatment of visual impairment has important practical significance.According to the national student physique and health research and the random sampling of the national student health standard,this study selected the five physique and health survey data of Shanxi Province in recent 20 years,using the methods of literature review,testing,questionnaire survey,expert interview and other scientific research methods,and analyzed the health data and questionnaire survey of 7200 primary and secondary school students in Taiyuan City,Datong City and Shanxi Yuncheng City,In order to explore the amblyopia status of primary and secondary school students in Shanxi Province and provide some help for the prevention and treatment of myopia,we conducted expert interview with 30 academic experts,school leaders and grass-roots teachers.The conclusions and countermeasures are as follows(1)Poor eyesight of primary and secondary school students in Shanxi Province is characterized by low age,high degree and persistence.(2)In recent 10 years,the detection rate of poor eyesight of primary and secondary school students in Shanxi Province showed a trend of rapid growth to stable development,and the detection rate of severe poor eyesight showed a trend of first growth and then decline,indicating that the current problem of poor eyesight of primary and secondary school students in Shanxi Province has not been completely contained,but the trend is good.(3)Sedentary,using electronic equipment and lack of exercise are the main factors leading to poor eyesight,among which sedentary is the core reason.(4)Physical education is an effective means to improve poor eyesight,"eye load management" is an effective way to improve poor eyesight,and home school cooperation is an important means to improve poor eyesight.According to the problem of poor vision and attribution analysis,the following four prevention and control measures of poor vision are put forward.(1)Scientific guidance is the "necessary prerequisite" for the prevention and control of poor eyesight(2)Active exercise is the only way to prevent and control poor eyesight(3)Physical exercise is the key to the prevention and control of poor eyesight(4)Home school cooperation is the key to the prevention and control of poor eyesight.
