Regarding the view of teaching mode and the choice of teaching mode environment,these two factors have been paid more and more attention,discussed and tested.The teaching behavior of teachers will affect the learning motivation of students,and the learning motivation of students has a positive relationship with whether the teacher can provide autonomy.Therefore,this research aims to help physical education teachers understand the influence of autonomous sports teaching models on students' participation motivation,optimize the physical education classroom teaching mode,and improve the physical education classroom teaching.The effect provides a reference,and then enhances students' enthusiasm for physical exercise.The study adopted a quasi-experimental design method,with 120 senior students in a primary school in Changchun as the experimental subjects,64 boys and 56 girls,with an average age of 12.14.First,use the pre-test of the Adolescent Physical Education Learning Motivation Scale to screen out four classes with the same structure for experiments,which are divided into experimental group A(organizational teaching mode)and experimental group B(program-based autonomous teaching mode)),experimental group C(cognitive autonomous teaching model)and control group(no teacher autonomous teaching model).This study involved a total of 6 weeks of football courses,2 sessions per week,40 minutes per lesson,and 12 lessons in total.After each PE lesson,a physical education class participation motivation scale was used to investigate the results,and the results were analyzed by analysis of variance.The results of the study found that after intervention in four different modes of autonomous movement,the motivation for participation in the control group has changed significantly.Then,through the analysis of the implementation of different sports autonomous teaching models and the effect of different sports autonomous teaching models on participation motivation.The results found that the control group did not have a significant impact on participation motivation.The teaching modes of experimental group A,B,and C all had a significant impact on students' motivation to participate.Among them,the teaching mode of experimental group A had a significant impact on students' motivation to participate.The most impact.This research concludes that providing students with a modest teaching model can help improve students' motivation to participate in physical education,but when teachers give students too many teaching models,it may not help the development of students' participation motivation.
