| Emphasizing the development and utilization of curriculum resources is a major highlight in the new round of basic education curriculum reform.As an important part of curriculum resources,local history curriculum resources should become an indispensable content in history teaching.However,from the current situation of tense history classes and heavy teaching tasks,the development and utilizat ion of local history curriculum resources in middle school history teaching in Chaoshan is not satisfactory.This study takes the teaching activities of first-line history teachers in Chaoshan region using the curriculum resources of local history as the research object,.The paper mainly discusses the ways and means to practice and the problems encountered in the process.The purpose of this paper is to learn from the accumulated experience and lessons of others and to provide practical reference for teachers in the field of local history teaching.This study points out that the application of the curriculum resources of the local history of Chaoshan in middle school history teaching should not be confined to the classroom,and the development of comprehensive practical activities oriented to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities is a supplement and extension of classroom teaching.In order to fully develop and utilize the rich local history curriculum resources,we must simultaneously carry out reforms and innovations from the four aspects of teachers,students,schools,and society at the same time,including strengthening teachers’ awareness of developing local history curriculum resources,constructing teachers’ community,providing a platform for students to show themselves,perfecting diversified academic quality evaluation system,and establishing rural history resources database and so on. |
