A Study On The Policy Supply Of Children In Need From The Perspective Of Social Work

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid economic promotion,the speed of social change,family structure has also changed greatly,children because there is no accumulation of resources,in this social development in a vulnerable position,especially the group of children in need,children’s groups of problems are also emerging,they need to be more concerned and protected,at present,due to socio-economic changes,the development of children in need of policy needs have a new change.Through the social work practice of the plight of children in S city,understand the relevant policy changes and practices,based on the value of social work.To analyze the dimensions and framework of the policy of children in need,analyze the reasons why the policy propaganda effectiveness of the S city is low because of the policy propaganda scope,the policy identification procedure,the policy supply and demand gap,the difficult point of identifying and checking the children in need in the implementation of the policy,the rescue and growth care service,and put forward six suggestions for the S city from the policy supply level: First,in the policy publicity work,we should establish a unified framework to enhance the effectiveness of policy propaganda;Pay attention to the implementation of such children’s group policies,third,in the process of policy investigation and identification,attach importance to the establishment of special evaluation mechanisms to do a good job in the precise protection of children in need;fourth,from the S city as a whole to coordinate the protection of the group of children in need,establish and improve the protection system of children in need of welfare policies;fifth,from the legislative and general law levels of child protection in distress,the policy focuses on promoting the family to implement the responsibility of guardianship;and sixth,to increase the policy support of children in need,rescue and care institutions.Promote social attention and protection of groups of children in need.
