Practical Research On Social Work Intervention InThe Rescue And Protection Of Children In Distress

Children are the future and hope of the country,and at the same time,they are in a stage of imperfect physiological and psychological development,each social individual should take care of them with more care,and the government should introduce more perfect protection and rescue policies to provide them with basic guarantees.In the development of children,they are mainly dependent on their parents and families,but many realities indicate that a large proportion of difficult children lack a protected subject and face complex difficulties in their growth process,hindering their growth and development.In this paper,we will conduct field research using literature analysis,interviews,and case studies,guided by the social ecosystem of Brenfinbrenner.First of all,through literature analysis,the current situation and policy development process of rescue and protection of children in distress in China are sorted out.Secondly,from the four levels of microsystem,medium system,external system,macro system and other four levels of the "Child Companion Program" project case analysis,in-depth understanding of the social work intervention in the rescue and protection of children in distress,analysis of professional social work intervention in the rescue and protection of children in distress to provide what kind of professional services,what results have been achieved,what deficiencies in the service process.Finally,corresponding suggestions are made from three aspects: capacity building of social work institutions,strengthening cooperation with the government,and linking more resources.
