For the subject of geography,cultivating students' geographic logical thinking ability is an important goal of geography teaching.As an important part of high school geography textbooks,geographic elements can intuitively convey geographic information through different logical connections between geographic elements,and play an important and special role in geography classroom teaching.The process of analyzing the interrelationship,mutual penetration and mutual restriction of the geographical elements contained in geographical things or geographical phenomena plays a decisive role in cultivating students' logical thinking ability in geography.Therefore,how to better use the combination of geographic elements to cultivate the geographical logical thinking ability of high school students has become the starting point of this research.It is an innovative teaching method to use the combination of geographic elements to cultivate students' geographic logical thinking ability,and it is still in the development stage.Under the guidance of cognitive psychology theory,constructivism theory,meaningful learning theory,multiple intelligence theory and geography teaching theory and other related theories,combined with the combination law of geographic elements embodied in high school geography textbooks,investigate and analyze current high school geographic element combination teaching The status quo,puts forward the principles and teaching strategies for cultivating the logical thinking ability of high school students based on the combination of geographic elements,combined with the typical and specific description of the combination of geographical elements in the high school geography textbook,in order to provide a corresponding reference for the cultivation of the logical thinking ability of high school students.,To help improve the quality of geography teaching.The main conclusions are as follows:In terms of the current situation of high school students' geographic logical thinking ability training,through questionnaire surveys of high school students and teacher interviews,it is discovered that combined teaching of geographic elements is possible and necessary to cultivate high school students' geographic logical thinking ability.The possibilities of combined teaching of geographic elements to cultivate the logical thinking ability of senior high school students include: combined teaching of geographic elements has continuous advantages in cultivating students' logical thinking ability of geography;combined teaching of geographic elements helps students establish a good structure of geographic knowledge.The necessity of combined teaching of geographic elements to cultivate the logical thinking ability of high school students includes:insufficient use of geographic element combinations;insufficient ability of students to use geographic element combinations;insufficient ability of students' geographic logical thinking.The principle aspects of combined teaching of geographic elements to cultivate the logical thinking ability of senior high school students mainly include: the principle of subjectivity;the principle of logic;the principle of gradualism;the principle of continuity.Based on the strategy of cultivating high school students' geographic logical thinking ability based on the combination of geographic elements,the guidelines for formulating geographic element combinations are proposed respectively;the teaching activities of geographic element combination are developed according to the requirements of logical thinking ability training;combined with learning tools,teaching is organized flexibly.The guiding plan for formulating the combination of geographic elements mainly includes: grasping the law of geographic element combination;improving the level of geographic element combination;internalizing it into a learning method.According to the requirements of geographic logical thinking ability training,the teaching activities to develop a combination of geographic elements mainly include: forming geographic concepts and cultivating generalization ability;comparing and analyzing geographic phenomena and cultivating comparative ability;exploring the laws of geographic distribution and improving the ability of reasoning and judgment;analyzing regions and improving comprehensive analysis ability.Combined with learning tools,flexible organization of teaching mainly includes: combining with geographic images;combining with concept maps.
